We Need You!

You can help ArLD research progression!

This project will explore issues of discrimination and barriers to taking part in ArLD research and how to overcome them.

Through group discussions, we aim to understand how to overcome stigma and barriers to taking part in ArLD research. We also want to develop new priorities for research and design studies to address these.

We need you!

We want to include people from all ages (18+), genders, ethnicities, levels of education and employment. You may be a person with experience living with ArLD or a relative or carer.

The meetings will be both virtual and in-person and we will have facilitators that will ensure everyone has their voice heard. However, answering any questions is completely voluntary so you can choose not to contribute to a specific topic if you don’t feel comfortable. You don’t have to attend all meetings, we value any amount of time you can share with us.

You will be paid for your time and any expenses that you incur. Where travel is needed to attend the meetings this will be organised for you to enable your attendance and support.
